The Entertain Jamaica Limited sponsored Western Cross Country Championships 2010 took place at Spot Valley High School in the hills of Rose Hall, St. James. The route was challenging with athletes running uphill for the first 3km before seeing any flat terrain, then finishing on a downhill slop into the school's main field.
STETHS swept the girls titles winning all three team categories Under 19, under 16 and Under 14. Munro retained the boys team title winning the under 16 and under 14 categories but lost the under 19 category to STETHS. A total of 11 schools participated with just under 200 stdents.
