After three days of competition, the final day produced impressive results with 24 records falling at the Herbert Morrison Technical High School.
The first day of competition was the Girls’ Eliminations held at William Knibb Memorial High School in Trelawny on Tuesday February 16th.
The second day of competition was the Boys Eliminations at Herbert Morrison in Montego Bay, and the combined grand finals, originally scheduled for the Catherine Hall Sports complex in Montego Bay, had to be moved to Herbert Morrison due to the unavailability of that facility.
Both Munro College and STETHS defended their titles in the boys and girls sections respectively, with Herbert Morrison placed second in both divisions.
The most improved girls’ school was Maud McLeod High from Darliston in Westmoreland, and the most improved boys’ school was Godfrey Stewart High from Savlamar in Westmoreland
