West Champs Entry form

COCAA has developed an electronic Entry Form for next year's West Champs,
this will eliminate spelling errors associated with athletes names and prevent schools from adding an athlete to too many events or incorrect events, or placing athletes in the worng class.

The program knows the rules for each event and each class and allows coaches to print their personal entry form "by Athlete" or "by Event". The completed entry form can then be saved as a small file then attached to an email and sent to COCAA for electronic vetting.

This will eliminate the nine common errors discussed at the last post-mortem COCAA meeting

You can click on the link below to download the setup file for the entry form.

once you have downloaded the file, run the installation and try creating an entry form for the 2010 season.

Here are the steps to use the program properly;
(1) Click on the icon on your desktop to start the program
(2) Click on "Select School" icon and select your school
(3) Click on "Enter Athletes" icon to add an athlete
(You will need to know the athletes date of birth)
(4) Once you have enter all your athletes, click on the "Entry Form" icon and
assign athletes to different events.
(5) The program will tell you when you have assigned an athlete to too many events and
when an event is full. It will also allow you to assign them as reserves for some events.
You will be warned if you try to assign an athlete to the Sprint medley relay and they are
not eligible, or an open event that they are not qualified for.
(6) Once you have completed your entry form you can print it or send it to MS Excel
(7) any feedback or questions contact cocaa_hq@yahoo.com ENJOY!!

Note
Some sections require a password, it is not advised that you change anything in these sections as you can mess up the program.

If you would like to reset your entry form, Click on the heading "Miscellaneous" then go to ""master reset" the password is "SCHOOL"
